Kayman Khaloughi
Kayman Khaloughi is the Technical Services Division Manager at Prince George’s Office of Homeland Security in Maryland. Kayman started his career as a 9-1-1 Specialist (Call-Taker) before becoming a Fire/EMS Dispatcher and then eventually moving on to the technology division. He has worked his way up in the agency using his combination of operational and technical experience to take on a leadership role within the agency.
In his current role, Kayman is responsible for the management of county-wide public safety projects and programs as well as management of the teams supporting all the technology in the 9-1-1 center. Kayman has managed the deployment of several Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management (RMS) systems, a Digital Evidence Management system, Body-Worn Cameras, and most recently the first Next-Generation 9-1-1 system in the state of Maryland. With his breadth of experience in the public-safety space, Kayman has also served as a subject matter expert in the deployment of complex systems and integrations for agencies around the country.
Kayman has a bachelor’s degree in cyber security from the University of Maryland Global Campus, is a National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certified Emergency Numbers Professional (ENP), and an Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE).
